Shipping within Australia is charged at a flat rate of $10.50 via Australia Post Express Post with an expected delivery of 1 - 3 days. International Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $39 via Registered Airmail with an expected delivery of 7 – 14 days. Orders received on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day. Shipping is not covered by insurance.

Standard delivery time frames are between 2-4 business days. In the event that an item ordered is unavailable or unable to be filled you will be notified to arrange an agreeable alternative item, gift voucher or full refund.
Returns and exchange policy
We hope you love your new purchase and continue shopping with us. We do not exchange for a change of mind, however if something isn’t right we are happy to offer an exchange from our online store. To return an item for exchange or refund please notify us by email at email@example.com with 7 days of purchase in order to confirm the return.
You may exchange any purchased item(s) at your own postage cost. All full priced item(s) may be returned for a refund if the items are faulty.
When EXCHANGING within Australia you are required to enclose a prepaid post bag for the return of your item(s). ASH TO GOLD strongly suggest that you use a registered mail such as Australia Post. If no tracking system was used on the package ASH TO GOLD will not be held responsible for any packages returned and not received on our end. If a faulty item is being exchanged ASH TO GOLD will supply a post bag for sending out the new item.
The item(s) must be returned within 7 days (Australia) of email confirmation.
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 days of receipt and clearance of goods via your method of payment.
All return items must be in a saleable condition i.e. new, unwashed and unused with all swing tags attached. ASH TO GOLD is not responsible for any item(s) returned that are not returned in a saleable condition. búl will not accept your return for exchange or refund if we consider the item(s) used.
